Refund Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026. The policy is simple because the pricing is simple.
Single fixes ($49)
- We can't fix it → you don't pay. No charge is ever taken before a verified fix, so there is usually nothing to refund.
- Same problem returns within 7 days → free re-fix. Contact us and the same technician re-resolves it at no charge.
- Re-fix doesn't hold either → full refund. If we can't make the fix stick within the 7-day window, we refund the $49 in full to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Printer Care Plan ($99/year)
- Within 14 days of purchase: full refund, no questions, provided no more than one support session has been used.
- After 14 days: the plan is non-refundable for the current year, but you can cancel renewal anytime so it never bills again.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the name and phone number you used for the service. Refunds are acknowledged within 24 hours and processed within 5 business days.
The spirit of this policy
We only want to be paid for printers that actually print. If you ever feel a charge wasn't fair, tell us — we'd rather refund a fix than lose your trust.
