- Callback form data: your name, phone number, printer brand, and problem description — provided by you, used to contact you and prepare the fix.
- Service records: notes about your issue and its resolution, kept so repeat problems and warranty re-fixes are handled correctly.
- Basic site analytics: anonymous page-view statistics to understand which fix guides help people most.
What we do with it
We use your information to deliver the service you requested: calling you back, running the support session, processing payment after a successful fix, and honoring the 7-day re-fix guarantee and Care Plan membership.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We never cold-call. We only call numbers submitted through our own forms.
- We never store your card details — payment is processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor via secure link.
- We never install software on your computer beyond the one-time remote session tool, which you approve and which stops working when the session ends.
Where data lives
Form submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to our support team. Data is retained while relevant to your service history; you may request deletion at any time (below).
