The Printer Care Plan.
For $99 a year, your printer becomes our problem — permanently.
- Unlimited remote fixes. Offline errors, jams, error codes, WiFi drops, driver breaks — as many sessions as you need, all year.
- Priority callback. Plan members go to the front of the queue, typically called back within 15 minutes.
- Post-update tune-up. Windows updates break printers constantly. After every major update, book a free check-up before you even hit a problem.
- Whole-household cover. Every printer at your address is covered — the office one, the kids' one, the old one in the garage.
To join, request a callback from the homepage form and mention the Care Plan — we'll set it up on the call, after your first fix is done and you've seen how we work.
The honest math
A single store repair visit in the US typically runs $80–150, plus the drive, plus days without your printer. One fix with us is $49. The plan is $99 for a year of unlimited fixes. If your printer acts up more than twice a year — and most home printers do — the plan pays for itself.
Plan rules, in plain English
The plan covers remote software-level fixes: settings, drivers, connectivity, firmware, print queues, error resets. It can't cover physically broken hardware (a dead printhead can't be fixed over the internet — nobody can, whatever they claim). If your issue turns out to be hardware, we tell you exactly what part is at fault so you can decide between repair and replacement, at no charge. The plan renews annually and you can cancel renewal anytime by email.
