We fix printers. That's it.
PrinterCareUSA is an independent remote support service built on one idea: printer help should be honest, fast, and paid for only when it works.
Why we exist
Everyone knows the feeling. The printer worked yesterday. Today it says "offline," or throws error 0x97, or simply ignores you. The manufacturer's support line means an hour of hold music, and the internet is full of fake "support" sites waiting to scam you.
We built PrinterCareUSA to be the third option: a real technician, on your screen within the hour, fixing the actual problem while you watch — and you pay the flat $49 only after your printer prints again.
What makes us different
- Pay after the fix, never before. Our incentive is your working printer.
- Radical transparency. We tell you upfront we're independent — not HP, not Canon, not Epson. Our free fix guides (all 490+ of them) are public precisely so you can try fixing it yourself first.
- No dark patterns. No pop-ups, no fake virus warnings, no "your computer is infected" nonsense. Those are the tactics of the scammers we compete against — and we're glad to help you recognize them.
Our promise on hardware
Some printer problems are physical — a burned-out printhead, a dead fuser. No remote service can fix those, and anyone claiming otherwise is lying to you. When we find a hardware fault, we tell you the exact part, whether repair is worth it versus replacing the printer, and we end the session at no charge.
Who's behind this
PrinterCareUSA is run by a small team of remote-support technicians with years of hands-on experience fixing consumer printers across every major brand. Small team, direct accountability — the person who answers your callback is the person responsible for your fix.
